Precision Metalwork

Hand-built mechanical discipline

Every frame notched, jigged, and TIG welded under tungsten shop lights in Austin, Texas. Zero plastic covers, zero electronic bloat.

Tubing & Chassis

Raw chromoly steel chassis

Seamless chromoly tubing is measured, hand-notched, and clamped into custom alignment jigs. Clean TIG welds join every node without grinding or filling, leaving structural integrity entirely visible.

Manual milling machines turn raw aluminum stock into custom triple trees and rearsets. Metal shaping wheels roll sheet aluminum into tailored fuel cell contours.

Dyno Tuning & Testing

Physical measurements determine handlebar reach, footpeg placement, and chassis stance before bending the first length of steel tubing.

Chromoly frame rails are hand-notched and welded in precision jigs to guarantee exact rake, trail, and torsional alignment.

Hand-rolled aluminum fuel tanks and tail sections are formed using traditional wheeling and planishing equipment.

Air-cooled engines are bench-tested, carburetor-jetted, and road-hardened across hundreds of miles before client delivery.

Mechanical Truth

Direct connection to pavement

Stripping away traction control modules and heavy fairings reveals pure mechanical feedback. Every control input translates directly into motion through solid metal and tuned suspension.
